Terms and Conditions

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using GolfStyle, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use GolfStyle. These terms are between you and Glabs Group SAS, the publisher of GolfStyle.

2. Who can use GolfStyle

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires a higher minimum age, to create an account. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Your account

You can sign up with email, Google or Apple. One account is for one person. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account > Delete Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Using GolfStyle

GolfStyle lets you record rounds, play live-scored games with your group, see GPS distances, and track your handicap index and statistics. When you use it, you agree to:

• Enter scores honestly and confirm a scorecard only when it is correct.
• Not cheat, tamper with scores or handicaps, or create accounts to get around these rules.
• Not harass other players or post unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
• Not interfere with the service, copy it, scrape it or try to reverse engineer it.

5. Scores, handicap and fair play

A round counts for your handicap index only after another player in your group confirms your scorecard. GolfStyle calculates your index with World Handicap System rules, but it is not an officially issued Handicap Index and does not replace the handicap issued by your golf club or federation.

GPS distances and map information are estimates. Always follow the rules of the course and use your own judgment on the course. GolfStyle does not handle money or bets between players, and any wager among players is their own responsibility.

6. Guests and other players

If you add a guest, you confirm that you have their permission to share their name and email with us. Other players in your games can see your name, photo and scores for those games. Please treat other players with respect.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit, such as your photo, feedback and course requests. You give us a limited right to use it to run, support and improve GolfStyle. Only submit content you have the right to share.

8. Fees

GolfStyle is free to download and use. If we add paid features, we will tell you the price and conditions before you pay, and payments will go through Apple or Google billing.

9. Our rights

GolfStyle, including its software, design, name and logo, belongs to Glabs Group SAS or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use. Do not copy, sell or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

GolfStyle works with services from third parties such as Google, Firebase, Google Maps and Apple. Their own terms apply when you use those services.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep GolfStyle available, but we do not promise it will always run without interruption. Scoring works offline and syncs when you are back online. We may change, suspend or stop features from time to time.

12. Disclaimer and liability

GolfStyle is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or disagreements between players. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using GolfStyle at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. How your data is handled when you delete your account is explained in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using GolfStyle after the change, you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Glabs Group SAS is established, without taking away the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
