Delete your account

1. Delete it in the app

The quickest way is from the app. Deletion starts straight away and can’t be undone.

1. Open GolfStyle and sign in.
2. Open Settings from Home.
3. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
4. Read what will be deleted, tick “I understand my account and data will be permanently deleted.” and tap Delete my account.
5. Confirm in the dialog by tapping Delete.

If you only want to leave for now, you can sign out instead.

2. If you can’t open the app

If you no longer have the app, or you can’t sign in, ask us to delete your account by email.

• Write to support@golfstyleapp.com from the email address linked to your account.
• Use the subject “Delete my GolfStyle account”.
• Tell us the email address of the account, and the name you use in the app if you remember it.
• We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it.

We will reply within 10 business days.

3. What is deleted

Your account is anonymized and your personal data is removed:

• Your profile, photo and settings.
• Your name and email address.
• Your rounds, scores and statistics.
• Your handicap history.
• Your sign-in, so you can no longer sign in with that email, Google or Apple.

4. What is kept

• Games you played with other people stay in their history. Your name is shown to them as “Deleted player”.
